Servicing some of America’s largest banks, REDC is searching for qualified applicants to join our team.The primary responsibility of the Closing Specialist is to insure proper communication to our clients. The most important job is communication. This means our database must always be up to date and phone calls/emails to be returned within given guidelines. The Closing Specialist needs to consistently be in contact with the Escrow Company, Asset Manager, Agent and Client to insure each transaction closes by the scheduled close date. Reconcile internal database with sellers database Communicate with closing offices regarding documents, closing requirements, etc. Compile and coordinate with closing firms to insure the timely submission of the properties with title issues Communicate with agent and asset manager regarding any issues that are holding up the closing of the transaction Review estimated and final Huds for accuracy Reconcile with REDC accounting department to insure correct funds received | ||||
